Return And Refund Policy
Upon receiving your item, you must ensure it is in the same condition. Unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You have 14 days after the delivery date to return the item.
Once we receive your return and it has been approved, your item will process as fast as possible. It can typically take 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and 3-5 days for your return to be processed.
You will receive an email notification within 24 hours after processing your return. If your return is not received within 14 days of a return request, it will automatically be canceled, and returns will be sent to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Shipping Return Policy
The cost of shipping returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping will not be refunded on returned items, and return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility. The amount refunded includes only the original purchase price of products and does not include original shipping charges. We do not refund shipping fees paid at the time of order or paid to return the item. We do not provide shipping labels for returns.
If the order has a manufacturer defect, we will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, evaluate and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at abc@example.com. The customer must ensure that the shipping address is correctly entered during checkout. We will not replace or refund lost orders correctly delivered to the provided shipping address.
Change of Policy
Força Muscle reserves the right to deduct appropriate shipping charges from any returned item that doesn’t qualify for the correct return or meets our product quality standards. Returned items that are stained, washed, worn, or damaged will not be accepted.
Força Muscle does not accept returns on earrings, makeup products, or any beauty products used for sanitary purposes.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you believe you have received the wrong item or damaged or defective merchandise, you must contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please only return the item after you contact us and get approval to return the products. Please inspect the products and contact us within three business days of receipt. Exceptions are not permitted.
In all return packages, please include the receipt or invoice. If you don’t have the invoice or receipt, include the order number and a full item description. If an item is damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged area on the item with the tag still attached and indicate damage or defective in the subject line. You can contact us via email through our Return Portal.
If we receive notification within three days, the return will be accepted, and no credit, gift card, or store credit will be issued. We remain firm on our return policy with all of our customers.
Promotional discounts and coupon codes will not carry over. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons; they must be used when purchasing. Coupon codes cannot be refunded, will be deducted from your return order, or may not be used for future purchases. Sale items cannot be returned. All things that are on sale are final sales.
